Also in today's news, Made in Detroit Inc. announced plans to build super-luxury lofts at the former Detroit Creamery building near Motor City Casino.

That WSJ article was fascinating, thanks for posting it. I'm amazed at the $6,500 figure the graphic artist paid for the house next door; it probably will be a good investment, too.
